• ​Mr. Edward Yum graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and possesses nearly 25 years of extensive experience in finance and fund administration. He has held positions at several renowned financial institutions in both the United States and Hong Kong, including HSBC, Bank of Montreal, Pacific Global Bank, Hang Seng Bank, and Old Second National Bank. He has assisted clients in establishing trusts and funds totaling to billions of USD and is currently appointed to directorships in approximately 30 companies and funds across Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.

• As an entrepreneur and investor in Hong Kong, Mr. Yum is well recognized for his innovative contributions in the fields of financial technology and entertainment production. He is a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), the AIMA APAC Digital Assets Working Group (APAC DAWG), and a founding member of The Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM). Additionally, he holds a certificate in “Corporate Governance: Regulatory Considerations and Implications” from the University of Southern California U.S.-China Institute.
