Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Act as supporting contact for alternative investors and clients

Coordinate with banker, auditor and counterparties
-
Maintaining all information of customer activity
-
Provide overall administration and clerical support to the customer services manager and team
-
Ensure work delivery and services are delivered in a controlled environment, strict compliance with internal guidelines as well as external regulatory environment
-
Ad hoc task as assigned
Key Requirements
-
At least 1-2 years of similar working experience
-
Good computer skills
-
Fast pace and proactive, team player
-
Eager to learn
-
Able to work under pressure
-
Understanding of Fund Administration
-
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
-
Fresh Graduates also welcomed
