Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as supporting contact for alternative investors and clients

  • Coordinate with banker, auditor and counterparties

  • Maintaining all information of customer activity

  • Provide overall administration and clerical support to the customer services manager and team

  • Ensure work delivery and services are delivered in a controlled environment, strict compliance with internal guidelines as well as external regulatory environment

  • Ad hoc task as assigned

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of similar working experience

  • Good computer skills

  • Fast pace and proactive, team player

  • Eager to learn

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Understanding of Fund Administration

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Fresh Graduates also welcomed
