Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and cultivate relationship with clients (i.e. fund managers) and service providers (banks, brokers, lawyers, and auditors)

  • Day to day management of clients, including enquiry handling and delivery of services per the operating memorandum and service level agreements.

  • Ensure that client enquiries are responded to in a polite and timely manner

  • Review and monitor fund operations' accuracy to ensure initiatives are well-delivered

  • Collect, Review and follow up all account opening documents, such as fund documents/agreement/bank forms/KYC items with relevant parties

  • Perform KYC due diligence initial check on new client onboarding to comply with regulations and internal policies

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service management and proactive management of client issues and requirements.

  • Support direct supervisor and other team members in ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably with offshore fund operations and/or administration or trustee

  • Understanding of our client’s products such as accounting, valuation, custody, banking services and trust & fund administration

  • Knowledge of investor KYC/AML procedures and transfer agency

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good multi-tasking skills and problem solving, decision making skills, attention to details

  • Ability to work independently while being a team player

  • Immediate available would be an advantage

  • Candidate with less experience may consider as Client Servicing Officer
